1. Consent to Photography & Media Usage

By entering the photo booth, you grant Shutterbox Photo Booth Company and its affiliates permission to:
✅ Capture and store your photos and videos.
✅ Share images via text, email, and social media.
✅ Use photos for promotional materials, including website galleries, social media, and marketing campaigns.
✅ Edit or modify photos for branding purposes while maintaining authenticity.

2. Opt-Out Option

If you prefer not to have your images used for promotional purposes, please inform a Shutterbox attendant at the event or email us at fun@shutterbx.com with your request. Opting out will ensure that your images remain private and are not used for marketing purposes.

• Participants waive any rights to review, approve, or claim compensation for the use of their images.

• Shutterbox Photo Booth Company is not responsible for unauthorized third-party sharing of photos after they have been distributed via text, email, or social media.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

• We respect your privacy. Your personal information (such as phone numbers or emails used for sharing images) will not be sold or shared with third parties.
